Office Administrator 

The Office Assistant will report to the Executive Director and work with the Youth for Christ Staff to understand the vision and mission of the ministry and organize, manage, and develop activities that align with the vision and mission. These objectives include but are not limited to bookkeeping, database entry and upkeep, assisting in organizing events, and promoting and advocating for Youth for Christ El Paso. Campus Life Mobilizer 

This Campus Life Mobilizer develops and leads outreach ministries on the middle and high school campuses in the El Paso area and the surrounding region. The Campus Life Mobilizer focuses on reaching 11-19-year-olds with the Gospel through authentic Christ-sharing relationships, the development, and empowerment of a team of volunteers, along with the creation and implementation of a city-wide strategy to establish a fruitful and sustainable Campus Life ministry.   Click here to download the full job description.


Juvenile Justice Ministry Male Unit Group Facilitator

The JJM Male Unit Group Facilitator is a professional position that requires spiritual and organizational leadership skills, the ability to work with and through other people, communication skills, a heart for reaching young people with the gospel and the ability to minister to youth in evangelism and discipleship within the context of Youth for Christ (YFC) methodology.  The Group Facilitator will partner with the Challenge Academy located at the El Paso Juvenile Probation Department and is also responsible for the development and empowerment of a team of volunteers. This role includes being part of a team that implements a city-wide strategy to establish a fruitful and sustainable JJM ministry while maintaining YFC El Paso’s policies for compliance.
